IDEM staff had the opportunity to review the previous version of the subject proposed article. The previous version (2014 version), then Article 28, was submitted for IDEM review in early 2014, IDEM provided comments in May 2014. IDEM received a revised version (2015 version) of the Oil and Gas (O+G) Article, now Article 29, in June 2015 for review.
